Meet our Captain

We are family owned and operated, with over 40 years on the water, your captain isn’t just experienced—he’s mastered the craft. From early mornings sunrise bites to evening sunsets frenzies , he’s spent decades perfecting the art of lake trolling and understanding exactly what it takes to hook fish consistently.

You can expect an interactive experience with a knowledgeable, friendly, and patient guide. He loves teaching beginners and seeing them catch their first fish, especially the looks on the faces of the kids.  Capt. Ben mentors youth fishing by donating his boat and time to the Port Burwell Youth Fishing Day yearly. 

After four decades on the water, it’s safe to say Captain Ben knows a thing or two about fishing and how to make the day count!

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Small Commercial Vessel Operator Proficiency Course (SVOP)
• Small-Non Pleasure Vessel Marine Emergency Duties Certificate (MED A3)
• Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime) ROC (M) with DSC
• Marine First Aid
• London Power and Sail Squadron full boating course, navigation and VHF courses
